What is CallHawk AI?

CallHawk AI is an intelligent call analytics platform that automatically transcribes and analyzes your business phone calls. We extract actionable insights like appointment bookings, customer sentiment, compliance issues, and sales opportunities - helping you understand every conversation at scale.

How does CallHawk work with my phone system?

We integrate directly with popular phone platforms like RingCentral and BrightPattern. Once connected, CallHawk automatically receives and processes your call recordings.

Do I need to install any software?

No software installation required. CallHawk is entirely cloud-based. You access your dashboard and insights through any web browser.

Pricing & Billing

How is pricing calculated?

We use simple per-call pricing. You pay a base rate per call processed, plus a small fee for each insight pack you enable. The more calls you process, the lower your effective per-call rate. There are no hidden fees or long-term contracts.

Is there a setup fee?

Yes, there is a one-time $250 setup and integration fee that covers platform configuration, testing, and onboarding support.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees or long-term commitments.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe. We also happily accept Bitcoin.

What insights can CallHawk extract?

CallHawk can identify appointment bookings, callback requests, customer sentiment, objections raised, compliance issues (like fee disclosures), marketing attribution (how customers found you), and much more. You choose which insight packs to enable based on your business needs. We can also work with you to meet any custom insight needs you may have.

How accurate is the transcription?

Our transcription meets and even exceeds human-level accuracy. We use advanced speech recognition that handles multiple speakers, accents, and industry-specific terminology.

Can I customize the insights for my business?

Yes! During onboarding, you select the insight packs most relevant to your goals. We also offer custom insight development for enterprise customers with specific needs.

Privacy & Security

Is my call data secure?

Yes. Your recordings and transcripts are stored securely and are only accessible to authorized users on your account. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data.

How do you use my call data?

We use your call data to provide you with analytics and insights. We may also use anonymized and aggregated data to improve our AI models and product features. We do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Can I exclude certain numbers from being transcribed?

Yes, you can configure a "Do Not Transcribe" list during setup. Calls to or from these numbers will be skipped entirely.
